Stillwater Sake Style Saison - a beer brewed with barley, sake rice, hops and yeast. Raspy dry, almost a little gose-ish with a semi- salty, mineral finish.

Dry, lightly malty lemon. It's good but I never like beer as much as wine... wish it was wine!
