I poured this through the Andre Lorent Vinluxe Aerator and wow this wine opened up! The tannins are incredibly soft and smooth: big up to malolactic fermentation. Gentle gooseberry, cassis.

Étonné par la maturité du fruit, la robe tire vers le grenat et le nez dévoile un soupçon de fumé qui suit en bouche. Il est encore tendu mais j'y dénote également un bon fruit et de léger tanin qui offre de doux reliefs à ce petit vin bien surprenant!

The 2012 vintage isn't bad all all. Vanilla and some baking spices on the nose. Fruit forward, medium body, peppery finish.
This wine was better after I had decanted it.
