Edna Valley Pinot Noir

Really loving this Pinot.

The acidity is too out of balance for my personal taste. Definitely more of a food wine.

San Luis Obispo. Good Pinot for the money. Text book California Pinot.

Thanksgiving 2021

Not usually a big fan of Cali pinots but this one is really nice. Not over the top to the point of being more like a Zin, good balance and flavor.

Restrained with solid acid core. Not terribly complex, but nice high tones

Settles in really nicely, light but gets richer and a little buttery with time.

Full bodied Pinot. Great with lamb. Great flavor, fruity, smooth.
