Solid vin jaune but not for the hard-cores. Quite polite both in style and execution. Slightly cloudy (unfiltered and coravined bottle); delicate, Chardonnay-like nose; too little acidity but pleasant aftertaste. Just not quite as forceful as you would expect; like Sigourney Weaver in Alien 5, the Knitathon.
