Feb 5th, 2021Couldn’t resist popping another one of these! So good. Green tobacco, pepper, spice, coffee and brilliant red fruits. Excellent again

Jun 18th, 2020Whiff of new oak. Overall a subdued nose. Very young. On the palate Latent Dense and undeveloped of M+ intensity. Early Cote Roties I had from the mid 1980s always had a peppery side to them. David LeMire MW who hosted this Shiraz tasting said that these days the French think that pepper in a Syrah is more for drink now styles. 93 points now but time will take it to 96+.

May 29th, 2017Still young! Opened up after St Paddy Day ended. Savory dark red fruits minerals on nose. Great stimulating firm texture and palate with long complex finish. Lean yet elegant. Whole case. AA35. Just 12.5 ABV
