David LeMire MW who hosted this Shiraz tasting said that these days the French think that pepper in a Syrah is more for drink now styles. 93 points now but time will take it to 96+.

Still young! Opened up after St Paddy Day ended. Savory dark red fruits minerals on nose. Great stimulating firm texture and palate with long complex finish. Lean yet elegant. Whole case. AA35. Just 12.5 ABV
