2012 - Low acidity, but lots of minerality that goes towards saltiness that gives the wine freshness as the wine also has body, a certain roundness and some hints of butter and oak. There is a slightly bitter note reminding of oil from citrus peel and a little nuttiness that beings complexity. In the fruity flavors are pear, apricot and a nice yellow flowery touch. Long aftertaste with some grounded white pepper.

That's what we call big wine. Great for food. Full of sweet peaches and exotic fruits. Full body. Very good!

The wine is perfect for a viognier but I just dont like it. For me it lacks freshness. The surplus in flowers make it heavy. Too heavy for my personal liking.

2015 Robe très claire. Un Viognier bien simple très variétale. Fruit exotique et un vague abricot. En bouche acidité bouche sur l abricot et finale avec de l amertume. On peut s attendre à mieux pour l appellation
