Stunning elegance. Silky tannins lens subtle structure, alongside bright acidity. Raspberry and red liquorice make up the first taste, and dried flower petals make up the finish. Pairs well with rustic food, and bitter greens.

Juicy red fruit with nice acid on the finish. Fruit a little overt the top but the acidity balances it nicely making it quite interesting.
