Flint and gunpowder hits me first. There's also a bit of citrus in the nose. Lots of lime on the palate.

Lovely, quite lifted and youthful on the nose - lemon blossom with a lesser note of toast. Fresh too on the palate, if a little short of intensity. Very pleasant though, with soft acidity and a slightly chalky texture tugging it out on a nice, medium-length finish.

Sour citrus, unripe kiwi, mineral and some sulphur appear. Huge white pepper note on the palate, green apples and goose berry. Would not have guessed riesling. Interesting stuff!
