Delectable says it’s from champagne, but it’s Constantia South Africa. Pear, bruised Apple, green strawberry. Subtle, but persistent and lasting lees. Citrus rind. Dark toasted sourdough crust. glad the world isn’t up on SA bubbles. Yum!
