Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Nice entry level Cab from Merryvale. An easy drinker. Pretty soft cassis and oak.

Blackberry and currant. This needs to open up. Good wine for a second bottle.

This wine was a little on the too fruity side. More like drinking a grape juice to me now powerful flavors I would expect from a cab.

I like this cab- I'm thinking maybe it's a cabernet for non cab drinkers. I get notes of cherry and vanilla with a nice finish. I'll continue to get this wine - I can typically find it at the wegman's for about $22.

Great vintage.

Nice and smooth, nice nose of red berries. It's a very pleasant wine, but a touch sweet and not very complex. Not bad, but for $28 you can get more impressive wines.
