Tasmania Chardonnay

2015. One of the most delicious and restrained Chardonnays I've tried in a while. Tension here on the palate, with lemon zest and hints of oak. Just superb. Drink young but will cellar. Buy lots

Brilliant Tassie Chard the wild ferment gives it a beautiful complexity. Hints of tropical fruit and nuts and great acid. Love this

Burnt ends - what a fucking cool Tasmanian Chardonnay! Super mineral and fruity. Kind of too oaky at first but it mellowed and it was beautiful. The sommelier told me it was close to a Chablis premier cru because the soil is mostly@limestone.

Nearly integrated oak although a couple more years would be good. Nice line of acidity

I echo all the comments made, this is simply cracking. Tasmanian Chardonnay at its best, perhaps Tolpuddle has a rival- so restrained like Winx at the 600m mark in a Cox Plate!! Buy it when you see it, it won't last long

Gimme everything they've ever made.

Funky sulpjite, steely tones, crisp green apple, apricot and savoury nuttiness. Beautiful wine. Stargazer can't go wrong
