Cherry compote and other black fruits on the palate. Still has considerable room to improve with bottle age. Excellent Santa Barbara Cab!

This is a highly extracted and tannic Cabernet, with a latent (and potentially explosive) fruit core simmering underneath. A site with tremendous potential - just waiting to be fully dialed in.
