Medium body, mild pear w/ slight floral on the nose - do we get a little mineral? Maybe. medium sweet, pear, green apple flavors. Tim likes it - easy drinking, fun NY finger lakes wine. Seared halibut, grilled salmon, sautéed asparagus & mushrooms)

Decent for the price, but far from my favorite Riesling. Probably a "second or third bottle of the evening" wine for me.
