I have always enjoyed their wines. I like the dark expresso notes they give and under Antinori their portfolio continues to improve.

As of 2021, their Artemis will be made from the Conn Creek vineyards they acquired; which should raise its quality and price point I’m sure.

As for the 21 SLV, it showed well and one of the better young SLV’s I’ve had in a while. 94-96.

Smooth, comfortable, opulent, luscious-----words don't do it justice.

Evolving nicely into secondary aromas with earthy, baked fruit, cocoa, old leather. Had a slight balsamic whiff at first but was smooth and flavorful on the palate. VA disappeared after some air time. Still, I think it's time to finish off what's left of the case.

Well made but personally I find its lofty oak treatment pushy. Hey guys; there's a new era - have you noticed? This Napa style is something of the past IMOO. Tasting fine, but drinking heavily.

Barely edged out the FAY with a slightly longer finish. Incredible wine in it's price range and while not cheap, holds its own against some costing twice as much.

WTF, where’s the fruit, acid and finish. Dollar for dollar, my worst wine purchase ever (at the winery years ago no less).
