Rancho Chimiles Sauvignon Blanc

Can’t say I am a huge Sauvgion Blanc fan. This held up nicely for a 12 year old bottling.

Wild tropicals. White peach, nectarine, pineapple, oranges, citrus, citrus blossoms, chalky super fine minerals and beautiful acidly.

Delightful robust wine with a wonderful peach blossom on the nose that carries into the smooth fruity taste along with tropical fruits, star fruit, along with a hint of pineapple, but it’s the peach taste that keeps calling my name.

Faint aromas of blossom and peach. Grapefruit, orange, lemon, and a bit of straw on the bud. A bit oily texture. Seems like the structure is a bit off.

Beautiful Blanc with tropical fruit aroma and flavor. A great aperitif.

This is Winemakers Series Sauvignon Blanc sorted from a vineyard in Oak Knoll District. So delicious!!! Kiwi, passion fruits, boxwood and lemongrass! Nice and smooth palate from start to finish. Love it!
