Karia Napa Valley Chardonnay

Pours a bright golden straw color with loads of tropical fruits on the nose: pineapple and guava. On the pallet, again the tropical fruit with some citrus and a little butter. Medium acid. This is a fast ball, straight down the middle Napa Chardonnay.

Come on Stags Leap... you can do better.

Jodi doesn’t like Chardonnay... but she powered through. Happy Easter and great job on the trifecta: 10 year old birthday slumber party, Easter bunny and the tooth fairy. Is it time for the truth to come out for at least one! 😚
Unfortunately it should have been chilled a bit longer but it was nice for an 88 degree day after working in the yard.

Butterfly kiss of oak....

Pale straw in color with a nose of lemon curd, toast, and a touch of spice. Great medium to full-bodied mouthfeel with an oily texture. Good acidity with a medium finish. Based on the taste, I would have expected a darker color.

One of the best California Chardonnay’s... worth every cent
