Perfect with unbelievably spicy but authentic Northern Thai mint chicken from the best Thai in our neighborhood. Definitely put the fire out from my food, with its sweet and clean flavor. Perfectly balanced sweet Auslese Riesling. A great choice for your next Vindaloo, Szechuan, or Thai meal.

CVed 9/13/17. Went through cork too easily and slight leak. Gas in bottle and wine. Nice golden color. Floral complex nose with petro and hay. Great balance of acids slate minerals and tropical fruit explosion on palate and carrying through to long finish.
