Enjoyed this Sauvignon Blanc with spicy Szechuan food. Slight oak with notes of grapefruit and melon. It has a very full body for a white wine.

Each vintage gets better - we already liked the 2017 and 2018 is even cleaner, both crisp and subtle, with a sweet aftertaste.
