Dollarhide Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc

Over extracted. Tastes tired yet young. Candied quince. Vanilla. Charred pineapple.

We actually returned this wine and chose something else. Not for us.

Aromatic. Tangerine, grapefruit, floral, and minerality. Great nose. M+ acid, wet rock, zesty, medium finish.

On a hot day in Napa, this is doin' me juuuuust right. Bright fruit but soft mouthfeel.

I wish more here accepted this wine. A very interesting SB. Bright, citrus and refined French oak. A little atypical, but captured my attention brilliantly.

Bursting grapefruit.

Picked this amazing sauvignon blanc up at the winery in Napa, saving it for a nice night. It pairs well with a bbq butter sauce that really brings out the creaminess from the new French oak. Really well integrated fruit and acidity on the palate, with a great finish. St. Supery rarely disappoints.

Citrus, lemon, caramel and butterscotch. The oak is prevalent. M+ acid.

Dry and minerally.

A bit too much melon for me.
