Nov 11th, 2020Petrol nose with mild peach undertones. Smooth and dry with an increasing fruit body with a lingering finish. Notes of green apple and peach. Refreshing and reminds of a German Rheingau Riesling.

Darker shade of yellow w/big whiff of petrol on the nose followed by orange & apricot - lean chiseled zippy vibrant w/bone dry finish - bit abrupt. As it opened, fattened up w/distinct clover honey on the nose. Had w/Indian food as I hoped for some RS to play w/spices yet still held up OK
