Really nice pinot. Very light and a little on the sweet side, so it's a better with a lunch or dessert. I didn't eat it with chocolate but it would make a good pairing with some fruity dark chocolate-based dessert. — 7 years ago

This was very smooth but I felt it was very sweet for a Cabernet, which is it's downfall. However, I still think it's pretty good with steak or any dark meat. — 7 years ago

Fruity and smooth. Delicious and would be incredible when paired with a steak dinner. Best cabernet that I've had. It's pricey but I would argue that it's worth the price. — 7 years ago

Really interesting flavor profile. Good with grilled or dark meat. The restaurant suggested lamb as a pairing. The most unique thing I found with this wine is there is a savory, almost salty bite at the end. It was strange at first but it does grow on you. I'm not sure I would order again over other reds, but it's a great with any kind of steakhouse dinner. — 7 years ago
