This is so old it’s not in Delectable’s database — 1998 Seven Springs “Dijon Clone” Chardonnay (48 cases made). Color is old, while there is definitely oxidation aromatically, still some decent acid and not overripe, balanced, nutty Chardonnay flavors, still alive (but I should have drunk it 10 years ago)!!

This is actually the Seven Springs “Dijon Clone”, first vintage (48 cases made). Amazingly fresh and still very youthful, both in color and flavor development, a flat-out great minerally Oregon Chardonnay, kudos to Mark Vlossak!!
