Wow, this lovely Oregon Pinot shows sweet redfruits and cola notes, soft tannins, great complexity, long, lingering finish, in a perfect place tonight!! Kudos to my friend Mark Vlossak of St. Innocent for making this gem!!

Mar 27th, 2026Definitely showing some age tonight, still lively and nicely balanced acidity, solid finish, I’d say mature, but should hold another few years, served with our first grilled wild salmon of the season (sadly, not Copper River).
