Yes!!
Tannin for days, perfect acid.
It just doesn't let up.
See you in a few years.

Still young but will be delicious in time. A great example of a Barossa Shiraz. Great structure, body and acidity. Alc 13.7%

1991: A little dried straw (poss taint, suggestive), caramel edges; fine palate, finesse - a little sweet fruit still lingers.

Killed me in blind tasting. So tight and with fine tannins, thought it was a CS. Amazing wine, so refined

Mature but very savory, and not fatiguing (14% abv).

Still a baby, but what a wonderful baby. Impeccable balance, packed with flavour, well positioned for a higher score in the future. I should not touch the next bottle for at least 4-5 years.
