2004, St. Francis, Wild Oak Sonoma County Merlot. New oak on the nose and palate but well integrated. A little hot on the nose and palate also. A little fruit forward but still tasty.

Muted nose but black fruits, cola, some baking spices..medium staining and tears med body, med- tannin finish fairly long.. Decent wine overall
