Smooth berry tones. Excellent with cheese.

Nice smooth tannins. Excellent with chocolate and cheeses.

Nose: syrup, clove?, spice, blueberry, sweeter,

Candy apples, berries. Syrupy. Very smooth.

Crazy to think this is 10 years old. Candy apple upfront with lots of bright red berries. Some baking spices on the finish

Worlds difference between the 2009 and 2006. Thinner body, like a watery simple syrup. Spicy ginger and chocolate on the nose. Black cherry, orange liquor upfront and finishing with grapefruit zest

Sweet, and balanced. Lots of spicy notes, cocoa and strawberry vinegar upfront and finished with some vanilla and oak notes

Loads of plum and chocolate. Long finish. I was really surprised. This was fantastic -- and impressive.

2004 - so delicious. Not syrupy sweet. A great treat!

I enjoy this particular port because it's not as "syrup" thick and overly sweet as other ports can be. Can be paired with any dessert or alone on its own.
