Very impressed with this. Lithe, textured and nuanced. Merlot wanting to be a cab. I think I paid $30 for this - case buy, peeps.

Dark ruby color. Vivid aromas of plum, dark coffee and red licorice. Flavors of blackberry, plum, dark chocolate, fresh dill and dried figs. Long and velvety finish. Reasonable balance and solid acidity. Lots of depth and quite concentrated. Thanks for sharing Sean!

PnP. A great expression of Merlot. Full, round, plush, but had nice fine grained tannin and enough acidity for backbone.

Paired perfect with a filet. A little pepper and a lot of cherry.
