Mellow all the way through start to finish, creamy, hints of plum, honey, coffee. Frankly more Merlot like than Sirah. Had with grilled sirloin, Brussel sprouts and twice baked potato. Would be better with chicken, pasta or pork. I like bigger bold Sirah with beef. My mistake tonight.
