A crisply, acidic Sav Blanc that will punch your mouth. Dry finish, citrus all along the ride. But after that initial shock and awe, a quite nice sharp white. Recommend you pair it with something as after the first few sips, you need to balance this. But worth the effort as this is a great accompaniment glass!

Racy wine with notes of grapefruit, lemon juice, gooseberry, grass and an interesting creamy note (lees stirring ?). Excellent concentration. Excellent value compared to many NZ sauv blancs in its range.
