Excellent Kiwi SB with a fuller body. I accidentally left a glass for about an hour at room temperature, and it surprised me with hint of vanilla and ever so slightly nutty note. Did it use oak? I looked it up and indeed 6% was fermented in oak barrel.

Room service at Regents of Rotorua. Typical Marlborough NZ, SB. Very similar to Vavasour. Jennifer likes Vavasour better but thought this was very good.
