Spinelli
Montepulciano d'Abruzzo
A little too light for me. A nice fruity taste but feels like it could use a little more punch. Not bad though!

Apr 26th, 2015Cute label with sheep of three hues on it and texture. Pretty color. Kinda like a black plum or a pluot. Smells tart and savory. Like fig balsamic reduction or cherry cheese cake. Flavors are of plum skins, licorice and blackberry liquor. It’s a simple, likable, ready to drink red wine in the Italian style. Like those sheep on the label it’s docile and fun.
