Rather good South African chenin and budget friendly too. Pale golden color, clear hues. Honey, pear, and apricot aromas that lead into an acidic body with tart lemon juice. Finishes nicely too.

By the glass in a food court in Warsaw.
No notes taken while tasting, this is written from memory the day after.
The nose showed some citrusy notes, some honey, some exotic fruits too (pineapple, mango). The palate showed textbook acid drive but also a fruity side that is very different from the expressions I'm used to from the Loire Valley. Mango and pineapple and a wide, opulent mid palate with that fruity, almost sweet touch. The finish is rather long but fresh thanks to that great acid drive, making it a refreshing and satisfying sip. Easy going 👌🏻
