Blend of 49% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot, 12% Cabernet Franc and 4% Shiraz, deep Ruby with aromas of dark fruits and cigar box spice. On the palate flavors of blackberry and plum with notes of cacao and tobacco. Lively acidity, fine tannins, long finish ending with fruit, spice and mineral tones. Very nice, will continue to age.

Showing blueberries, black currants, black cherries, licorice, cola, spices, vanilla, cedar, chocolates, tobacco, herbs, vegetables and bell pepper.
Medium plus in body with medium acidity.
Nicely balanced with a nice mouthfeel. Tangy and tasty.
Needs a couple of hours to open up.
This 7 year old is drinking very nicely now and would be better in the next 5 years.
Tastes like an Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon.

Jan 11th, 2015This was a very nice find. Baked berries on the nose with a touch of cacao. What I found when I tasted this was an amazing glad of wine. First off. Smooth, I mean wow. Then all the various flavors start dancing in your mouth. Black currant, oak, black fruit, tobacco, lesser touches of chocolate and earth. This has all the attributes of a classic wine. I am lucky to have been able to try it.
