Awesome. Rainy nights call for Auslese. More notes soon. Nose is ripe apricots and apricots skins. Honeyed and custardy. Slatey. Deep and glorious. So airy and salty as well. Salted caramel Auslese. Palate is rich, ripe and viscous. Round and opulent but also incisive with awesome acidity. Honeyed finesse. This is so good.

Oct 15th, 2023Insanely genius wine. Stunning. OMG. What a nose. Heaven. Just heaven. Saffron, apricot, elegant botrytis and so clean and pure. Zowie, Batman what a nose. Honey as well but so fresh and so clean. What a nose. Truly epic. 9.7 nose. What a palate. So elegant and so precise. Juicy and so not overbearing. Big finish and creeps on you but so much material and incredible mouthfeel and acid placement on the finish. Wow. Incredible.

Nose: gorgeous dried peach dried apricot petrol melange.
Palate : inanely delicious. Not cloying. If this is botrytized it’s so clean. Not viscous.
So fresh and clean. Not super oxidized. This is ageing like a motherfucker.
On a penny for pleasure basis one of the greatest wines I’ve ever had.
