The 2016 ‘Holler’ Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from the Columbia Valley. The nose is terrific with spicebox, black tea and pipe tobacco aromas that connect with black fruits. The palate shows a soft texture and wonderful mouthfeel. Black tea, blackberry cobbler and chocolate flavors all mingle nicely. Drink 2018-2026- 92

At first a little tight and acidic, but decant and the wine opens beautifully😀 The Nose has notes of dark cherry, blackberry, cassis, and cedar. The taste blackberry jam, red currant, and earth. Perfect with our Gorgonzola burgers👍

This is a smoky noir classic cab from WA. Beware the femme fatale, pregnant with berries and charm, quaff graciously.

Wonderful. Some old world notes of old socks in a new world wine.

Smells savory, really tannic and meaty. Lovely.

It was really meh and had kind of a funky after taste. I have had worse but would not get again.

Clear Ruby/garnet. Intense notes of tobacco, green pepper, blackberry. On the palate, medium+ alcohol, high acidity, medium+ tannins, dark cherry, ripe blackberry.
Right as I opened it it showed vanilla notes but an hour of decanting moved it to more leathery notes.

Fantastic with a steak. Could age a couple more years but might turn into prune notes if kept too long.

A good Washington State Cabernet. Lots of dark berry flavors and soft tannins. It gets better as it breathes.
