Thanksgiving 2020 Bubbly! Traditional “Champagne Style” Blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Aromas of apples, white flowers, brioche and minerals. Apple, pear and chalk flavors with hints of tropical fruits. Beautifully effervescent (lots of bubbles) with a creamy mousse. Mouth Watering acidity. Delicate, crisp and bright. Revisited in December 2022. A bit more lemon on the pallet. Still fresh and effervescent.
