Bright salmon pink. Shy nose and medium light palate of strawberry bubble gum (but not in a Beaujolais Nouveau kind of way) and watermelon. Medium acidity and just a touch of sweet (naturally) makes for a great summer fare quaffer. An al fresco salade Niçoise would be just the ticket. Drink now.

Wish I was sitting on my boat sipping this rose. Loads of strawberries. Not as dry as I would normally like in a rose but still rather enjoyable.

2021. Too hot and muggy to cook tonight, so this chilled rosé and leftover cold pizza to the rescue. My first thought was that the wine could use a little more acidity, but it ended up pairing well.
