Very delicious Barbera!

Good Wine, Maybe just a little unbalanced, too much acidity for a 8 years barbera.

ホワイトペッパー、リコリス、スミレ。
果実はあるが、上品な甘さ。緻密で綺麗な酸もあって、非常にバランスが良い。
モンフェラート的な茶色いニュアンスはあまりなく、非常に透明のある赤いベリーのニュアンス。
上質感あってよき。

Picked it up at the store on the walk home and Drank a bottle for fun on Thursday! Great taste and high quality for $20

A knock-out #Barbera from Sottimano. Layers of dark fruit, powerfull yet polished, rich and opulet. Starting to mellow due to age but it just get this in even better balance. Absolutely fabulous barbera.
