Still an infant. The nose is showing really well with gorgeous aromas of rose petals, dirt, chalk, ladies perfume and smoke. The palate is still pretty tightly wound, with grippy tannin, licorice, laurel, more chalky notes and again, some more tannin at the end, which seems a bit rough, still. Needs to loosen up just a little bit more. Will keep half the bottle to see how it evolves during the next hours.

Young, tightly wound. Medium-bodied and very enjoyable after a few hours of aeration. Floral impressions, redberried fruit, some tar, some oak. Needs more time to gain in complexity.
