While pouring the wine, it flows into the glass in a lavender transparent stream. The rusty color often associated w Pinot noirs is absent. The nose is clean herbs and spice,,, a great fragrance for a line of foamy hand soaps! Okay, let’s give this quaff a taste….I taste cherries and orange zest with a finish that sticks around. If it were milk it would be skim. That, for me, is a bummer, because I am totally into whole milk. But it is a Pinot Noir. So, there’s that. It is an enjoyable wine, but I will keep shopping for a great affordable Pinot Noir.
