The Gerwurztraminer and Chardonnay are prevalent on the nose, with tropical and floral notes. Though she is a bit tired, she has some great balance of umami and zippy, fresh lime, finishing with June strawberries and green apples. Acid is to be had in this one, but what else do you expect from a four-year-old rosè?
