to 300 bottles).

i was lucky to help bottling for a day. hard labor in exchange for a different and interesting wine variety. my kind of deal.

70% viognier
15% roussanne
15% granache blanc

30% was fermented in new oak and left to mature on the lees.

blossom, sage, green apple, peach, grated lemon peel, vanilla and cinnamon๐Ÿ‘ƒ

full body.
high acidity.

very creamy and rich ๐Ÿ‘„
all of the nose characteristics with added cream create sophistication at it's best.

mindblowing.

superb vfm (less then 100 nis, i paid in labor).

paired lovely with dairy based dinner of sumac and feta cheese spiced chard pastry dipped in tzasiki, boiled eggs, raw vegetables and greens infused tahini.

waiting for a taste of the other bottles i received.
