70% viognier
15% roussanne
15% granache blanc
30% was fermented in new oak and left to mature on the lees.
13% ABV
medium lemon green ๐
blossom, sage, green apple, peach, grated lemon peel, vanilla and cinnamon๐
full body.
high acidity.
very creamy and rich ๐
all of the nose characteristics with added cream create sophistication at it's best.
long long long ๐ฏ
mindblowing.
superb vfm (less then 100 nis, i paid in labor).
paired lovely with dairy based dinner of sumac and feta cheese spiced chard pastry dipped in tzasiki, boiled eggs, raw vegetables and greens infused tahini.
