I've posted on this before but really thinks it deserves a second mentioning.

Being a devoted bubbly head - to my palate this is simply an AMAZING QPR!!!

Already well into my second case I do notice some obvious bottle variation (some will show a Rosé-like color and almost resemble vintage-Champagne from the '90s others will pour more clear but with sour acidification).

Hit a good batch and this is simply a screaming deal at $5.99.....

12% alc.
52% Chardonnay, 48% Pinot Noir.

Being a devoted "bubble head" and always looking for that affordable everyday sparkler (Segura Viudas Cava comes to mind) I think I have a new favorite here.

Made from the "correct" varietals and while on the very fruity side, this still has enough chalky minerality, acidity and small defined mousse to somewhat mimic Champagne.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I was charged to see a sparkling from NZ. When we popped it, a light nose appeared. When we poured it, every overbearing scent came out to play. It wasn't easy to drink after that. Way too aromatic. It was almost offensive.

Pretty intense but enjoyable sparkling wine. The color is a lot more yellow than others I've tried. Also pretty dry and tart. I drank this while eating sweet cherries and it paired well.

Not as good for me as some of the others.

Nice sparkling wine. Tastes of cantaloupe and vanilla. Slightly sweet but we'll balanced. Best as a dessert wine.
