Very light bodied pinot noir, very Burgundian in appearance. Very light sour cherry nose. On the palate the wine is incredibly smooth and elegant with nice firm tannins and a nice balance of earth and fruit. This wine definitely took some time to open up. On first taste it was sour and acidic but after time (overnight) it became wonderfully soft and elegant.
