Californian Grüner. Lacks the acidity and freshness I would normally associate with the variety. But interesting nonetheless.

Bosc pear and a touch of honey flower on the nose, orange pith and white pepper on the palate. Plenty crisp, though not as racy as you might expect from GV if you're only familiar with Austrian renditions. Solminer's focus on natural winemaking allows their home vineyard's terroir to express itself beautifully.
