Light, dry and joyfully effervescent. More yellow colored than average. This Vinho Verde is almost dry Riesling like on its initial attack. Soft petroleum, racy acidity, and driven by its minerality, citrus blossoms, and crisp green apple notes. The finish is clean and packed with Asian pears.

Light color almost clear. Nice earthy aroma. Medium acidity. Refreshing. Green apple with nice mineral. Fruity but it has a dry finish. Good with cheese. I'm a fan of vinho verde and this one doesn't disappoint.
