Bright clear pale yellow with hint of green.
Note of grapefruit, honey, syrup, pepper, sweet tangerine, and kiwi fruits.
Fruity, soft sweet attack, good acid and mineral.

Pepper, honeysuckle, kiwi. Lots of acidity. Tackled a spicy dish with aplomb. Great GV
