I’m getting some brown sugar, butterscotch like aroma with big impressions of black cherry. Found a basil like note with some fig. A solid syrupy body upfront. Lots of acid, tannins and heat on the finish. Not surprised with the high alcohol content. A punchy and fun wine, looking forward to sharing it with people.
