The Original California Sauvignon Blanc

hay-like greenish colour
lime zest, pear, melon on the nose, followed by juicy red orange, grapefruit, apples on the tongue
tangy, funky, mineral, great to be paired with chicken terrine and light patè

Delicate dry wine. Nothing really special but very nice for cooking and paring with food.
