beautiful ruby red with some purple edges, nose is huge red/black fruit notes with some spices (cardamom? black pepper?), mocha and vanilla
raspberry jam on the tongue with notes of cherries and plums, smoke and tobacco in the back
finishes heavily, long and assertive (robust is the right term, I guess) — 9 years ago

lime zest, pear, melon on the nose, followed by juicy red orange, grapefruit, apples on the tongue

fresh, limey, elderflower-y, grassy nose
fruity, lemongrass like taste, acid is pleasant and lingering
might've been funkier for my taste, amazingly drinkable by a bottle though

whole bunch of berries in the nose, blackberry, cherry, strawberry, blueberry, dark currant, amazing
body is full and bold, taste is dry with all the berries coming back, tannins are very well balanced — 9 years ago
